Seasonal weekly rental is available during the months of May, June, July, and August. Fall color tour weekends are available during the months of September and October, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please contact us to assure availability.


Rental Period and Times:
This property is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 1PM on the first Saturday, and check-out is 10AM on the last Saturday.

Rental Rates and Conditions:
Current seasonal rates can be discussed upon contacting us. You will need to contact us before completing and returning the application. We require 50% of the total rental fee with the application to hold your reservation. The final 50% of the rental balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. We do require a $500 security deposit prior to arrival, which is held for property damage. After a satisfactory inspection is completed, the security check is returned within three (3) days of departure.

Forms of Payment:
We accept cash or check. No credit cards are accepted.

Cancellations:
If written notice of cancellation is received at least forty-five (45) days prior to the reservation date, the deposit is refundable less a $250 processing fee.

Refunds:
Unfortunately, no refunds are available less than forty-five (45) days prior to the reservation date. Refunds will not be made on lodging due to unfavorable weather, maintenance problems, disruption of utilities, or early departure in an emergency.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, special consideration given to Pugs.
