Walk across a private dirt road on the end of a cul-de-sac, down a set of stairs to the beach. The beach is pristine, sandy with 2 sandbars. Very private and perfect for those long summer days in the sun. Large patio in front of cottage, picnic tables and patio furniture, charcoal weber grill. Large front lawn perfect for horseshoes and croquet, fire pit all set with wood on site. Large loft bedroom with queen bed, and pull out single sofa bed. Downstairs is a bedroom with full size double bed. Queen size Aerobed available with room in loft or living room. Knotty pine bathroom with bath and shower, large kitchen with island and dining area. Large table in dining area, perfect for playing cards or board games. Stereo/CD player, TV/VCR/DVD. Lots of movies to enjoy. Room to dance in living room.

You will enjoy a good deal of privacy, not too many people around. Nice neighbors, a great spot for children. Woods and the Manistee National Forest nearby. Very close to the Manistee National Golf and Resort. Great Public Golf course and nice affordable rooms available for those friends who come to visit. Manistee is five miles away and offers lots to do, the Little River Casino, shopping, sightseeing, good fishing, restaurants and summer festivals and fairs. Ludington is 10 miles south.
